This happy little clown is fairly easy to assemble as it comes with a pre-sewn body, hat, arms & tulle "tutu" for its hat. The kit includes pompoms and colourful balloons on sticks and a little jar of tacky glue. If you prefer, Glue gun (adult supervision please!) or hand-sew your little gnome together.
